Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment:

  • Orders are auto-processed within 2-3 hours for packing, dispatch, and fulfillment.
  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact our Customer Support team at info@ashtamudi.local.
  • The cancellation request will be processed, and a refund will be initiated within 7 working days. A handling charge of ₹50 will be deducted.

Cancellation post Shipment (Valid for orders placed & delivered in India):

  • If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, contact our Customer Support team at info@ashtamudi.local for cancellation.
  • Upon receipt of the product(s) back and verification of packaging/condition, a refund will be processed within 10 – 15 working days.
  • Handling charges of ₹50, along with actual courier charges on both sides, will be recovered from the customer.
  • No cancellations or refunds are applicable for orders during special sale events if the shipment has already been processed.

Return Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product:

  • If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 5 days of receiving your order:
    • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at info@ashtamudi.local within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    • Step 2: Provide your order ID details and request for return, replacement, or refund for the defective/wrong items. Please attach images of the product and the invoice.
    • Step 3: Our team will provide you with the warehouse address for return shipment. Ensure products are returned in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.

Refund Policy

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products.
  • The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days after the cancellation request is processed.
  • A handling charge of ₹50 will be deducted for any cancelled or returned processed/shipped orders.

Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product:

  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original account within 24-48 business hours of receiving returned products.
  • The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days after the return request is processed.
  • Handling charges of ₹50, along with actual courier charges on both sides, will be covered by the customer.
